PEG模拟干旱评价香石竹幼苗抗旱性试验

【摘要】 为了比较不同香石竹品种的抗旱性,以浓度20%PEG6000模拟干旱处理,探讨干旱胁迫条件下叶片相对含水量(RWC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)等7个生理生化指标的变化,利用主成分分析结合隶属函数法对各品种抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:干旱处理条件下各品种各抗旱指标存在明显差异,将7个抗旱指标用主成分分析法归纳成4个主成分,累积贡献率为89.19%,利用隶属函数法评定的抗旱性强弱顺序为CB、DL、BT、DO、PH、SW、RF、FC、TC、SB、CS、SG、DA。

【Abstract】 In order to compare the drought resistance of different carnation cultivars,the relative water content(RWC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline(Pro) were studied under drought stress at 20% PEG6000 concentration.The drought resistance of each cultivar was evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function method.The results showed that there were significant differences in the drought resistance indexes of the cultivars under drought treatment conditions.Seven drought resistance indexes were classified into four principal components by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 89.19%.The drought resistance was evaluated by the membership function method The order is CB,DL,BT,DO,PH,SW,RF,FC,TC,SB,CS,SG,DA.
