远缘杂交月季品种‘天香’挥发性花香成分分析

【摘要】 采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法对远缘杂交新品种‘天香’盛开期的花瓣挥发性成分及含量进行测定。结果发现,‘天香’盛开期花瓣可检测出46种挥发性成分,醇类和酯类物质含量最高,醇类物质含量较高的主要有香叶醇、苯甲醇和橙花醇,酯类物质含量较高的为乙酸己酯、乙酸叶醇酯、乙酸顺式-2-己烯酯、乙酸苄酯、乙酸橙花酯和乙酸香叶酯。主成分分析发现,第一主成分指向单萜类及其乙酸酯类化合物,第二主成分指向烷烃及苯类/苯丙素类化合物,两个主成分累计贡献率达到100%。本文结果表明,‘天香’挥发性花香成分兼具月季与玫瑰的香型,是一个优良的月季花香资源材料。
【Abstract】 The petal volatile components and their contents from the new rose variety ’ Tianxiang ’ by interspecific hybridization were assayed by Head Solid-phase Micro-extraction(HS-SPME) and Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry(GC-MS).Results showed that 46 volatile compounds were found in the petals from blooming flower of ’ Tianxiang ’ and the highest contents lay to alcohols and esters.The representative compounds of alcohols were identified as geraniol,benzyl alcohol and nerol.The representative compounds of esters were identified as acetic acid,hexyl ester,(Z)-3-hexen-l-ol,acetate,(Z)-hexen-lol,acetate,acetic acid,phenylmethyl ester,neryl acetate and geranyl acetate.The principal component analysis demonstrated that the first principal component was directed to monoterpenes and their acetate esters,while the second principal component was directed to alkanes and benzene/phenylpropanoids.The cumulative contribution of these two principal components reaching 100%.The study showed that the aroma components of ’ Tianxiang ’ are different from most of the modern rose varieties,which may indicate the influence of the aromatic constituents from its distant hybrid parents.
