印度南瓜果皮结构与色素组成对果皮颜色的影响

【摘要】 利用色差仪对65份印度南瓜种质进行果皮颜色分类,并从中选取8份代表性种质(枕瓜、吊瓜、金星、99N48、打木赤、S8844、雪化粧、无名绿),通过体式解剖镜和高效液相色谱分析果皮结构以及果皮色素组成对果皮颜色的影响。结果表明:(1)利用色差仪将65份果皮颜色聚类为3色系(黄色系、红色系、绿色系)共7类,并确定各类L、A、B、C、H值变化范围;(2)绿色系果皮主要色素成分为叶绿素和叶黄素,红色系果皮主要色素成分为类胡萝卜素,从浅橙色到深红色变化与β-胡萝卜素和玉米黄质含量有关,黄色系果皮中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量都较低;(3)解剖学观察显示果皮色素含量与果实成熟期中果皮色素层厚度相关性较高,与花托、子房壁、外果皮厚度相关性较低。对印度南瓜果皮外观颜色性状选育时,应综合考虑果实成熟期果皮结构和色素组成的共同影响。.
【Abstract】 To study the effect of rind structure and pigment composition on the rind color in Cucurbita maxima,8 cultivars with different rind colors(’Zhengua’,’Diaogua’,’ Jinxing’,99 N48,’Damuchi’,S8844,’Xuehuazhuang’and’Wuminglv’) were selected as the representative materials from 65 cultivars.The result showed:(1) 65 cultivars were classified into 3 pigment content in green serials were chlorophyll and lutein,in red serials were carotenoids with hues(Yellow,red and green) including 7 serials according to the range of L,A,B,C and H value determined by a colorimeter;(2) Spectrophotometric and HPLC analysis showed the main content in green serials were chlorophyll and lutein,in red serials were carotenoids with an ingredient from light orange to deep red depending on a ratio of β-carotenoid and zeaxanthin,and in yellow serials were very low in any pigment;(3) Anatomical observation showed the pigment content displayed a higher correlation with the width of mesocarp pigment layer and a lower correlation with the width of pericarp,ovary wall and epicarp.The importance of rind structure in fruit maturation period and pigment composition should be considered equally in Cucurbita maxima appearance characteristics breeding.
