印度南瓜强雌性状遗传规律研究

【摘要】 植株雌花出现早,雌花多,是南瓜早熟、高产的必要条件。强雌性状的利用可以提早雌花出现节位,增加雌花数量,改善植株早熟性状,提高座果率与田间产量。而且,在杂交制种中应用强雌性状可以提高制种效率、降低去雄劳动量及杂交种纯度风险。但目前印度南瓜强雌性状的研究刚刚起步,尚未在杂交制种及生产上加以利用。我们在获得1份印度南瓜强雌性状野生突变体的基础上,经多代自交纯合后,分别配制了3个六世代群体,对强雌性状的特点进行了观察,并对其遗传规律进行了初步研究。结果表明,印度南瓜强雌性状表现为在第4-8节出现雌花后,直至调查到第35节均只分化雌花而没有雄花出现,该性状受1对隐性基因控制。本研究的深入开展可以促进强雌性状的充分利用,也是进一步进行基因定位及连锁分子标记筛查,以揭示强雌性状分子机理及进行分子标记辅助选择育种的基础。

【Abstract】 Strong femaleness is necessary for early ripening and high yield of pumpkin.The utilization of strong female can cause female flowers to appear earlier,increase the number of female flowers,improve plant earliness,fruit growing and grain yield.Moreover,the applications of strong femaleness in the hybrid seed production can improve production efficiency;reduce the labor amount of emasculation and hybrid purity risk.However,the study on the strong femaleness of Cucurbita maxima has just started,and has not been utilized in hybrid seed production.On the basis of one wild strong femaleness mutant of Cucurbita maxima,we prepared individually three six-generations to observe and conduct inheritance analysis of strong femaleness of Cucurbita maxima.The results showed that the performance of strong femaleness of Cucurbita maxima is that in section 4-8 there until 35 nodes were only female flowers.The results suggested that the strong femaleness of Cucurbita maxima is conferred by a single recessive gene.This study can not only promote the utilization of the strong femaleness,but also lay the foundation for further gene mapping and linkage molecular marker screening to reveal the molecular mechanism of strong femaleness and conduct molecular marker assisted selection breeding.
