白姜花miRNA167的克隆及靶基因的预测

【摘要】 MiRNA是小的RNA调节分子,长度一般在20个碱基左右,通过与目标mRNA结合而导致mRNA的解链或者是抑制其翻译。研究表明,拟南芥miRNA167参与调节花器官的发育,然而miRNA167在姜科植物中功能还未见报道。白姜花作为一种芳香植物,具有浓郁的花香,且花香物质释放与花的发育进程密切相关。本研究克隆了白姜花中miRNA167家族的miRNA167a和miRNA167k并对其进行了靶基因的预测及靶基因功能域的分析,为研究姜花miRNA167调控花香物质合成的分子机制奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The microRNAs were a small regulation RNA molecules of 20 bp approximately.It can combine with target mRNA and cause chain mRNA solution or inhibit its translation.In Arabidopsis,miRNA167 was proved to regulate the development of flower organs.However,the function of miRNA167 has not been reported in Zingiberaceae plants.As a kind of fragrant plant,H.coronarium emit a large array of volatile scent,which closely related with the development of flower.In this study,miRNA167 a and miRNA167 k were cloned from H.coronarium.Target genes and target genes function domains were predicted.It provided the foundation basis for studying the molecular mechanism of miRNA167 regulating the volatile scent of H.coronarium.
