特玉莲Echeveria runyonii ‘Topsy Turvy’花序再生体系的建立

【摘要】 本试验以"特玉莲"花序为试材,研究不同消毒时间、不同珍珠岩用量、不同配比的外源激素对特玉莲花序不定芽进行诱导、增殖与生根的影响。结果表明:灭菌15min为最佳灭菌时间。隶属函数综合分析得:愈伤配方为MS+2,4-D0.2mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。丛芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+KT0.1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L。丛芽诱导过程中,加入30ml的珍珠岩效果更佳。生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L。
【Abstract】 We used Echeveria ninyonii ’ Topsy Turvy’ inflorescence as test material to investigate how different disinfection time,different concentrations of perlite,and proportion of growth regulators influence on Echeveriarunyonii Topsy Turvy.The results showed that the contamination rate was the best after it sterilize for15 mins.Membership function comprehensive analysis is:callus formula for MS + 2,4-D0.2mg/L + 6-BA1.0mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L Cluster bud induction medium is MS + 6-BA2.0mg/L + KT0.1 mg/L + NAA0.2mg/L During the cluster bud induction process,30 ml of perlite effect is better and rootine medium is 1/2MS + IBA0.1mg/L.
