紫薇匍匐平展性状相关表型遗传分析

【摘要】 以直立型的屋久岛紫薇(Lagerstoemia fauriei)(母本)与匍匐平展型的紫薇(Lagerstoemia indica)品种‘Creole’(父本)杂交获得的F1代群体中随机192株为实验对象,对株型和枝条形态这2个质量性状及与其相关的株高、冠幅、主枝分枝角度等11个数量性状在群体中的遗传变异进行了统计和分析,寻找对株型和枝条形态影响最大的几个数量性状,并对株型和枝条形态的遗传规律进行了初步分析。结果表明:群体中株型的多样性指数为1.050>1,变异显著,而枝条形态多样性指数0.568<1,变异不大,说明前者具有较大遗传改良潜力,而后者遗传改良潜力一般。11个数量性状连续分布,与正态分布曲线拟合较好;通过相关性分析找到了与株型、枝条形态显著相关的数量性状,利用逐步线性回归分析进一步缩小了范围,并得到了最优的线性回归方程y1=4.155-0.021x1+0.005x2+0.009x3和y2=2.602-0.008x1+0.003x2,可以比较准确预测株型和枝条形态,进而可以辅助育种;通过对紫薇株型和枝条形态的分离比进行遗传分析和χ2检验,二者分别由一对不完全显性的主效基因和一对完全显性的主效基因控制,并且都受到微效多基因的修饰。
【Abstract】 Hereditary variations of two qualitative characters plant type and branch pattern,and 11 quantitative characters of192 F1 individuals generated from a cross between female Lagerstroemia fauriei and male Lagerstroemia indica’ Creole’ were measured and analyzed.Its purpose was to find which quantitative characters influenced plant type and branch pattern most.Primary genetic analysis was conducted on plant type and branch pattern of crape myrtle.The results were as follows.Diversity index of plant type was 1.050 greater than 1,and diversity index of branch pattern was 0.568 less than 1.It meant that genetic improvement potential of plant type was great and that of branch pattern was general.Eleven quantitative characters showed a continuous distribution,fitted well with normal distribution curve,and significantly correlated with each other.Correlation analysis showed most quantitative characters significantly correlated with plant type and branch pattern.Further stepwise linear regression analysis reduced the number and got two equation of linear regression:y1 = 4.155-0.021x1 +0.005x2 +0.009x3 and y2 =2.602-0.008x1 +0.003x2.They would forecast comparable correct in plant type and branch pattern to assist selection.Classical genetic analysis and chi-square test of plant type and branch pattern in Lagerstroemia indica showed that two qualitative characters was respctively controled by a pair incomplete dominant major gene and a pair complete dominat major gene,and they were both modified by minor multiple genes.
