草莓无土栽培基质筛选研究

【摘要】 为探究8种不同配比基质的理化性质及其对草莓其对草莓生长和结果的影响,以草莓为试材,利用草炭、棉花秸秆、菇渣、蛭石和细沙为原料,筛选出适合草莓无土栽培的基质配方。试验结果表明,处理1(V草炭:V棉花秸秆:V蛭石=1:1:1)为最佳配比,其理化性质理想,栽培的草莓果实硬度、株高、茎粗、株产量、单果重、果形指数和叶片叶绿素SPAD与对照(V草炭:V蛭石=2:1)无显著差异,糖酸比、可溶性固形物显著高于对照。因此腐熟后的棉花秸秆可代替部分草炭,草炭、棉花秸秆和蛭石按照体积1:1:1配比的基质可作为一种优质基质在草莓生产上进行推广应用。

【Abstract】 The study aimed to studied different physical and chemical properties of 8 different ratio of matrix and on the growth and fruiting of strawberry,taking strawberry as the test materials,using peat,cotton stalk,mushroom residue,vermiculite and sand as raw materials,the formulation of substrate with soilless culture which is fit for strawberries were screening.The results showed when the proportioning is as follows:Treatment 1(Vpeat:Vcotton stalk:Vvermiculite=1:1:1) the physicochemical properties of substrate is ideal,its fruit firmness,plane height,stem diameter,yield per plant,single fruit weight,indexes of fruit shape and chlorophyll SPAD values of leaves are not significantly different comparing with the control group(Vpeat:Vvermiculite=2:1),but its ratio of sugar and acidity and soluble solids are obviously higher than those in the control,cotton stalk after composting can replace part peat.Therefore cotton stalk after composting can replace part peat,providing an effective and economical matrix for strawberry Industry Development.
