再结晶和循环热处理对CLAM钢晶粒的影响

【摘要】 本文采用动态再结晶、静态再结晶以及二者分别与循环热处理相结合对CLAM钢进行晶粒细化。实验结果表明,在加热温度为1 100℃、真应变为60%、应变速率为0.175 s-1时进行动态再结晶后,CLAM钢平均晶粒尺寸达到了4.71μm。在保温温度为903℃,真应变为60%,形变速率为0.175 s-1,形变后保温100 s时进行静态再结晶后可以将晶粒细化至3.96μm,但是两种方法细化后都存在着晶粒大小不均匀的现象。通过循环热处理和动态再结晶工艺相结合,可以将CLAM钢平均晶粒尺寸由4.71μm细化到4.32μm,还可以使晶粒的不均匀性得到显著的改善。通过循环热处理和静态再结晶工艺相结合,CLAM钢平均晶粒尺寸晶粒略微长大,但晶粒不均匀的现象在循环热处理后得到改善。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of dynamic recrystallization,static recrystallization and both of them combined with cyclic heat treatment on the grain size of CLAM steel was studied.The results show that the average grain size is 4.71 μm after dynamic recrystallization with the heating temperature of1 100℃,strain of 60% and strain rate of 0.175 s-1.The average grain size is 3.96 μm after static recrystallization with the heat preservation temperature of 903℃,strain of 60%,strain rate of 0.175 s-1,and heat preservation time is 100 s after deformation.Under the both conditions,the average grain-size is not uniform.When dynamic recrystallization was combined with cyclic heat treatment,the average grain-size would be refined to 4.32 μm and the uniformity of grains is improved significantly.When static recrystallization is combined with cyclic heat treatment,the average grain-size of CLAM steel grow up slightly but the uniformity of grains is improved.
