HTR-PM元件穿衣颗粒批量化生产工艺与设备研究

【摘要】 作为HTR-PM燃料元件生产线的关键工序之一,在实验室规模的基础上,结合批量生产试验和辐照样品生产试验经验,包覆燃料颗粒的穿衣工艺及设备做了诸多优化和改进,以适合批量化生产的需要。本文系统介绍了穿衣颗粒工序、原理、并通过与HTR-10元件生产、HTR-PM辐照样品生产所用设备进行比较,介绍了在建生产线相关设备的改进,包括:穿衣粉的制备、穿衣过程、干燥、筛分、振选、混批均匀化、穿衣颗粒U含量计算及单球装铀量核算等。

【Abstract】 As one of the key processes in HTR-PM fuel element production line,based on a laboratory scale,combined with experience of batch experiments and samples manufacture for irradiation test,overcoating technology and equipment for coated fuel particle was optimized and improved greatly to suit for mass production.This paper synthetically describes the processes and principles of overcoating,introduces the improvements of the related equipment under construction,and compares with the equipment used for fuel elements production for HTR-10 and irradiation samples production for HTR-PM,which including processes of graphite powder manufacture for overcoating,overcoating,drying,screening,vibration separating,homogenizing,calculating of U content in overcoating particles,accounting of U content in the fuel elements.
