带上升时间甄别的数字梯形多道脉冲幅度分析器研制

【摘要】 本文采用单片FPGA芯片设计了带数字上升时间甄别功能的多道脉冲幅度分析器。在FPGA芯片中设计了快慢双通道的数字梯形成形器,慢通道结合快通道,采用电荷比较法实现了数字上升时间甄别的功能,对于具有空穴拖尾效应的碲锌镉探测器具有较好的幅度分析效果;同时120 ns固定成形时间的快通道保证了极低的脉冲丢失率,保证高计数率应用时的性能。通过实际测试,本文设计的数字脉冲幅度分析器应用在NaI(Tl)、Si-Pin X射线探测器、碲锌镉探测器时,都能保证优异的能量分辨率。
【Abstract】 A digital trapezoidal multi-channel pluse amplitude analyzer was designed by a signal FPGA chip to realize the function of rise-time discrimination.A digital trapezoidal shaper of fast-slow dual channel was designed in this FPGA chip.Slow channel combines with fast channel,using the charge comparison method to achieve digital rise-time discrimination.In this way,it has good analytical results for CdZnTe detector to overcome the effect of "hole tailing".The fast channel forming time is fixed at 120 ns,thus ensuring a very low pluse loss rate and good performance in the application of high count rates.Through the actual tests,we can see that when the analyzer designed in this paper used in a variety of detectors,such as NaI(Tl),Sin-PIN,CdZnTe,can guarantee excellent energy resolution.
