金属材料工程专业应用型人才培养的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on the cultivation of Applied Talents in metal material engineering specialty

【摘要】 根据当今社会对应用型人才的需求,高等学校工程教育的现状,分析了目前金属材料工程专业人才培养教学体系存在问题,提出了应用型人才的培养目标,通过加强实验实训基地建设、校企合作、强化双师型资队伍等为途径,构建了应用型教学体系。
【Abstract】 According to the current social demand for applied talents,and the status of engineering education in colleges,(he issues in(he metallic materials engineering professional cultivation teaching system were analyzed.Based on the requirements of application-oriented personnel training objectives,an application-oriented education system was constructed through methods of strengmening the experimental practice training base construction,the school-enterprise cooperation,the enhancing of the double venture team,and other resources.
