【摘要】 材料科学与工程卓越工程师教育培养计划以攀西地区钒钛、稀土资源开发利用为切入点,以培养民族地区社会经济建设和行业发展需要的工程技术人才为己任,以工程技术为主线培养学生工程意识,以实际工程为背景培养学生工程素质,以社会需求为导向培养学生工程实践能力。专业人才培养途径突出"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的特色及优势。通过校企合作方式,实现校内培养学生"基础知识+学科素养+技能训练+科研训练"和企业培养学生"实践训练+创新创业训练"相结合的人才培养模式。项目自2013年立项建设以来,在人才培养方案确定、师资队伍建设、课程建设、教材建设、实践基地建设、实践实习教学、教学管理等诸多方面均取得了较为显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training system for improving students’ manipulative capacity is established in School of Applied and Chemical Engineering of Xichang College,which is supported by national plan for "educating and training outstanding engineers".Based on the background of the resource utilization in Pan-xi Region of China,such as Vanadium-Titanium(V-Ti) resource,this training system is designed for cultivating students’ engineering consciousness,engineering quality,and engineering ability.The establishment of training system will benefit the economic construction and the technology development in Pan-xi Region.With the analysis of the characteristic and advantage of the Plan for "Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers", "school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms" are proposed and carried out.This mechanisms not only make school responsible for students’ fundamental knowledge,discipline,skill training and research training,but also make enterprise responsible for students’ practice training and innovation training.Since the project(training system) began in 2003,it is achieved in the talents’ developing plan,the construction of the faculty team,the management of teaching,etc.更多还原
