激光熔覆处理对铝合金钻杆表面耐磨性和组织的影响

【摘要】 铝合金钻杆因其比强度度高、白重轻、耐腐蚀性能好等优点,在超深井、大位移井等勘探领域中备受关注。但由于铝合金钻杆本身硬度较低,钻井过程中加速了铝合金钻杆和套管及地层的磨损,降低了铝合金钻杆的使用寿命。为提高铝合金钻杆的耐磨性能,利用激光熔覆技术在铝合金钻杆表面制备出不同形貌的Ni熔覆层。磨损试验结果表明,网格状熔覆层质量损失和直径减小分别为3.1 g,0.2mm,具有最优耐磨性能。金相分析及XRD结果表明,熔覆层的主要成分为A13Ni2共晶相,由熔覆层向7075铝合金基体方向分布着粗晶区、细晶区和基体。相比较7075铝合金基体,细晶区硬度下降了16.8%,粗晶区硬度下降了33.0%。结合粗晶区和细晶区的金相组织,再结晶和晶粒长大是这两个区域硬度下降的主要原因。

【Abstract】 With high specific strength,low density and good corrosion resistance,etc.,aluminum alloy drill pipe has received much concern in ultra-deep wells and extended reach wells.However,due to its low hardness,the wear between aluminum alloy drill pipe and casing and stratum aggravates in the process of drilling operation,the service life of drill pipe is thus reduced.In order to improve the wear resistance of alluminum alloy drill pipe,laser cladding technology was used to fabricate Ni cladding layers of different topography.The result of wear test showed that the lattice cladding layer possessed the best wear resistance with 3.1 g mass loss and 0.2 mm diameter loss respectively.The microstructure and XRD analysis showed that the main constituent of cladding layer was A13 Ni2 eutectic phase.Coarse grain area,fine grain area and matrix were distributed from cladding layer to 7075 Al matrix.Compared to 7075 Al matrix,the microhardness of coarse grains and fine grains reduced by 33.0%and 16.8%.Concerning the microstructures of these two areas,recrystallization and grain growth caused the microhardness reduction.
