【摘要】 关注信息技术教师专业发展对提高信息技术课程教学质量有着重要意义。本文分析并阐述了农村小学信息技术教师年龄与授课水平偏低,学历偏低,工作重又很杂乱,再学习与培训机会少,教师数量少,薪水低,专业发展受阻等现状。针对农村小学的信息技术教师专业化发展的现状,本文阐述了制约教师专业化发展的因素,其中包括国家政策与社会舆论的导向,学校重视程度不够,待遇偏低以及教师个人意识较差等。通过对农村小学信息技术教师专业发展现状的分析,本文提出了促进农村小学信息技术教师专业发展的外在动力与内在动力。外在动力主要有要重视信息技术这门课程,制定平等的奖励制度,提高农村教师的工资待遇,完善信息技术教师的培训,降低教育产品价格,完善设施。内在动力主要有农村信息技术教师要加强发展意识,明确发展态度,学习专业知识,博学多思,掌握专业技能,不断创新,善于发现问题,促进交流等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pay attention to the professional development of information technology teacher has important significance to improve the teaching quality of the course of information technology. This paper analyzes and expounds age and teaching level of rural primary school teachers in information technology are low, low academic qualifications, work serious and very messy,low re-learning and training opportunities, a small number of teachers, low salaries, professional development is blocked in. In view of the current situation of information technology teacher professional development of rural primary school, this paper expounds the factors of teacher professional development, including the national policy and the social orientation of public opinion, school attention degree is not enough, low pay and poor teachers’ individual consciousness. Through the analysis of the professional development of rural primary school teachers in information technology, this paper proposed the external power and internal motive force of promoting the rural primary school information technology teacher’s professional development. The external power mainly pay attention to the course of information technology, making equal reward system, improve the rural teachers’ salaries, improve the information technology teacher training education, reduce the product price, perfect facilities. Intrinsic motivation mainly rural teachers in information technology to strengthen the consciousness of development, development of a clear attitude, learn professional knowledge, learn to think, master professional skills, innovation, be good at discovering problems, promote exchanges etc..更多还原
