【摘要】 In heterosis of soybean,the efficiency of soybean sterile line’s flowers pollination by insects is one of the key problems which affect seed production.The ability of plant flowers attractive insects is influenced by many factors,such as nectar,pollen,aromatic substance etc.The purpose of this paper was to study nectar secretion pattern of soybean CMS three lines flowers.The nectars from A-line,B-line and R-line of RN CMS soybean were collected and measured by micro-capillary.The preliminary results were reported here.1.Flowers opened at 06:30-07:00 when weather was clear in Gongzhuling.The amount of nectar secretion changed in different time within a day.The secretion initiated at about 06:30for most materials and reached a peak at 07:30-08:30 and then the nectar secretion decreased gradually.A sub-peak appeared at about 13:00 and the nectar could not be detected at 17:00.2.The nectar secretion was greatly influenced by the weather conditions.The quantity of nectar secretion showed gradual increase day by day when the weather kept clear with high temperature and no rain fall for several days.The nectar secretion was inhibited by rainy weather and low temperature.The quantity of nectar secreted reached lowest level next day when the rain stopped.The temperature was lower and the humidity was higher at that day.The secretion of nectar would be recovered and increased gradually in the later days when the weather tumed to be sunny with higher temperature and lower humidity.3.There were obvious variations of nectar amount among the materials tested.The highest ones were three times of the lowest ones.The restores accounted for large portion in the group with higher nectar secretion.The amount of R-lines’nectar secretion were significantly higher than the other two lines.But there was no significant difference between A-lines and B-lines.The nectar secretion of A-lines’flowers were significantly positively correlated with the outcrossing rate of A-lines.
