分散剂种类及浓度对石墨烯水性浆料稳定性的影响

【摘要】 采用分散剂和超声相结合的方法,制备质量分数为0.02%的石墨烯水性浆料,利用紫外-可见分光光度计、光学显微镜和静置沉降法研究石墨烯在水中的分散性及稳定性。实验结果表明,适量的分散剂及超声1 h可以实现石墨烯在水溶液中的均匀分散,其中萘系高效减水剂的分散效果最佳,其最优掺量为石墨烯掺量的1倍。
【Abstract】 In this paper,by the combination of dispersant and ultrasonication methods,graphene water-based slurry with0.02%graphene mass fraction is well prepared by adding different dispersants.Through ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,optical microscope and static sedimentation,we determined graphene s dispersion and stability in water.The experimental results show that the proper amount of dispersant and 1 h ultrasonication treatment can realize the graphene dispersion in aqueous solution.Naphthalene sulfonate water reducer has the best dispersion effect and the optimal amount is equal to graphene content.
