钢纤维增强水泥基检查井盖制备与性能研究

【摘要】 采用压滤式成型工艺,考虑胶凝材料用量、矿物掺合料类型、钢纤维掺量及配筋等因素,成型钢纤维增强水泥基检查井盖,并研究标准养护、蒸汽养护对其承载力的影响。试验结果表明:采用压滤式工艺成型水泥基检查井盖,其胶凝材料总量应控制在650 kg/m~3,矿粉取代率为20%,钢纤维掺量为1.0%,并采用全平面配筋。钢纤维掺量继续增加将导致纤维团聚和大缺陷增加,其承载能力和变形能力没有明显提升。蒸汽养护粗化了水泥基材料的孔结构,其对矿物掺合料的二次水化促进作用弱于28 d标准养护,但可实现检查井盖早期强度的快速提升。

【Abstract】 The steel fiber reinforced cementitious manhole cover was prepared by filter-press molding technology.Considering the factors that dosage of cementitious material,type of mineral admixtures,content of steel fiber,the steel fiber reinforced cementitious(SFRC) manhole covers were exploited by filter-press molding process,besides,the impact of standard curing and steam curing towards carrying capacity were also studied.The experimental results show that the content of cementitious material should be controlled in 650 kg/m~3,replacement rate of GGBS should be controlled in 20%,the content of steel fiber should be controlled in1.0%.The SFRC covers should be made by planar reinforcement.Increasement of fiber content will lead to the fiber reunion and major defects,and there are no obvious ascension in carrying capacity and deformability.Steam curing coarsens the structure of cementitious material pore,and its impact on secondary hydration of mineral admixtures is weaker than that by 28 d standard curing.However,it can make early strength of manhole cover improve rapidly.
