多次化学镀作用下钯型离子聚合物金属复合材料的力电响应特性研究

【摘要】 以具有典型工艺特征的钯型离子聚合物金属复合材料(Pd-typed ionic polymer metal composites,Pd-IPMC)为研究对象,旨在阐明不同电极生长机理(浸泡-还原镀和化学沉积镀)和施镀次数对Pd-IPMC材料的微观形貌、力电参数及变形特性的影响规律。首先,依据施镀机理和次数差异制备了具有特定形貌的Pd-IPMC材料,接着观察并探讨了微观电极形貌(表层电极厚度和电极渗入深度)与施镀次数之间的关系,然后分析了施镀次数对材料表面电阻率和弯曲刚度的影响规律,最后测试了Pd-IPMC材料的变形特性。实验表明,不能通过持续增加施镀次数使IPMC材料达到更优的变形特性,而应综合考虑表面电阻和弯曲刚度的作用,合理确定浸泡-还原镀和化学沉积镀的施镀次数,以获得最优的变形特性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,to clarify the effects of electroless plating mechanisms and times on the micro-morphology,electromechanical parameters and deformation properties of IPMC,Pd-typed IPMC with typical fabrication technology features were investigated.First,Pd-typed IPMC with specific morphology were prepared according to the principle and times of electroless plating.Then,the relationship between micro-electrode morphology(surface electrode thickness and electrode penetration depth) and times of electroless plating was observed and discussed.And the effects of electroless plating times on the surface resistivity and bending rigidity of IPMC were analyzed.Finally,the deformation characteristics of the IPMC were tested.The results show that the better performance cannot be achieved by continuous electroless plating and the optimum deformation can be obtained by comprehensively considering the effect of surface resistance and bending rigidity determined by the electroless plating times.
