【Abstract】 "Two plans unity" is an important way to resolve the Land classification criteria conflict and spatial land use conflict between urban planning and land use planning,under the new situation,main functional areas development of Beijing Spatial Planning System enters a new phase.Census of Beijing Geographical Condition takes "Two plans unity" as work core to conduct general survey,analysis and research for Beijing present state of land use.This article interprets Beijing Spatial Planning System,taking four main functional areas as research units to analyze special subjects,such as resident or public facilities.Moreover,this article deeply analyzes the present states of collective construction land use, "produce-life-ecology space" and industrial land use,to discuss urban problems in current situation.更多还原
