【摘要】 能源在人类发展进程中起着举足轻重的作用,历史中每一次能源利用方式的改变都加速了城市的发展。近年来伴随中国工业化、城镇化的并速发展,城市更是成为能源消费和碳排放的主要地区,这给中国已经十分严峻的资源环境问题带来更大的压力。吴良镛先生曾寄语中国城市规划"通古今之变,识事理之常,谋创新之道,立世界之林",所以针对城市中日益严重的能源利用问题,本文从中国特有的低碳生态规划观出发,基于对中国古代城市发展与能源体系变革的总结,整理城市低碳生态规划的相关理论探索,并对多个部门主导的低碳生态规划实践进行系统归纳,分析最新的规划政策,从能源革命的角度出发展望新一轮中国城市的低碳生态发展之道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy plays an important role in the process of human development,and the development of cities is inseparable from energy transformation since ancient times.In recent years,with the dashing development of China’s industrialization and urbanization,the city has gradually become the main area of energy consumption and carbon emissions,which brings greater pressure to the situation of Chinese serious environmental resources problem.For the city increasingly serious energy problem,this article from the Chinese specific concept of low-carbon eco-city planning,based on the summary of Chinese ancient urban development and energy system transform,finishing the current theory of low-carbon eco-city planning,and systematically summarizing the lowcarbon eco-city planning practices by a plurality of sector-led,analyzing the latest planning policy,from the perspective of energy revolution prospecting a new round of development road of low-carbon eco-cities in China.更多还原
