【摘要】 北方城镇供热系统作为城市能源基础设施,是民生工程、民心工程,也是能源工程和环保工程。我国的能源资源禀赋、环境质量现状、碳减排形势压力以及城市供热基础设施现状发展状况,决定了我国必将走有中国特色的北方城镇集中供热道路。本文探讨了我国北方城镇清洁供热规划的发展模式,提出我国北方城市集中供热系统发展低品位余热、电和天然气的城市热源结构,具有"多个热源、一张热网"、"大温差"、"长距离输送"、"低温供热"、"智能供热"和"热电气协同"等特点,形成高效、清洁、安全和经济的集中供热新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 As urban energy infrastructure,heating system in North China is a project of the people’ s livelihood and the people’ s public,it is also an energy project and environmental protection project.Base on China’s energy resources endowment,the situation of environmental quality,carbon emission reduction pressure and urban heating infrastructure development status,it determines district heating in North China will choose certain innovative ways with the Chinese characteristics.This paper discusses the suitable development pattern of clean heating in North China,and puts forward that district heating system in North China should be developed for a high efficient,clean,safe and economical system,with the energy structure of low-grade waste heat,electricity and natural gas,with characteristics of "multiple heat sources,one heat supply network", "large temperature difference", "long distance transport", "low temperature heating", "smart heating",and "synergy of heating & electricity & gas".更多还原
