早期气管切开对重度颅脑外伤患者生活质量影响的研究

【摘要】 目的分析重度颅脑外伤在临床治疗中实施早期气管切开的临床价值,以及对生活质量的影响。方法抽选我院收治的患者56例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两个组别,每组28例。实施相同治疗方案,试验组早期切开气管,对照组术后12小时切开气管,观察临床疗效,比较患者的生活质量。结果试验组治愈率(60.7%)高于对照组(32.1%),肺部感染发生率(10.7%)低于对照组(39.3%);抗生素使用时间、住院时间均短于对照组。患者经治疗后生活能力评分均有所提高,且试验组改善程度更优。P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论重度颅脑外伤患者在临床治疗过程中,实施早期气管切开能够提高治愈率、减少肺部并发症,有利于改善生活质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to analysis in the clinical treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma in the implementation of the clinical value of early tracheotomy,and its influence on quality of life.Methods:selected 56 cases of our hospital patients as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in each group.Implement the same treatment,treatment group early tracheal incision,the control group after 12 hours trachea incision,observe the clinical curative effect,comparing the patient’s quality of life.Results:the treatment group cure rate(60.7%) than the control group(32.1%),the incidence of pulmonary infection(10.7%) is lower than the control group(39.3%).Antibiotic use time,length of hospital stay were shorter than the control group.Life ability score after treatment in patients with increased,and improved patients better.P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:serious craniocerebral trauma patients in the clinical treatment process,the implementation of early tracheotomy can improve the cure rate and reduce pulmonary complications,to improve the quality of life,worth clinical promotion.更多还原
