【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合延续护理对慢性荨麻疹患者治疗效果及生命质量的影响。方法选取我院2012年5月—2014年5月收治的100例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组50例患者。对照组给予常规的护理措施,观察组患者实施中西医结合延续护理。然后观察两组患者的皮肤病生命质量指数评分和复发间隔时间。结果观察组慢性荨麻疹患者的皮肤病生命质量指数(DLQI)评分和复发间隔时间明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合延续护理能显著改善慢性荨麻疹患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生命治疗,效果明显优于常规护理,值得在临床上广泛推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Chinese traditional medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment effect and the life quality of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods 100 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group were randomly divided into groups,the patients were randomly divided into groups,the control group and the observation group were randomly divided into groups.The control group received conventional nursing measures,the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing.Then observe the two groups of patients with skin disease quality of life index score and recurrence interval.Results the life quality index(DLQI) score and the time of recurrence interval in the patients with chronic urticaria were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Combined Chinese and Western medicine,nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with chronic urticaria,improve the life of patients,the effect is better than conventional nursing,it is worthy of widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
