【摘要】 目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合安脑丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者106例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各53例,实验组患者采用艾司西酞普兰联合安脑丸治疗,对照组患者采用艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后抑郁程度及神经功能缺损程度。结果治疗前,两组患者抑郁程度及神经功能缺损程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月及治疗2个月后,实验组患者抑郁程度及神经功能缺损程度均低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合安脑丸治疗脑卒中抑郁具有良好的治疗效果,有效改善患者的抑郁程度及神经功能缺损程度,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of escitalopram combined with Annao pill in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods choose our hospital stroke patients with depression after 106 cases,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,53 cases in each group,the patients in experimental group with escitalopram combined with Annao pill treatment,the control group were treated with escitalopram observed two groups of patients before and after the treatment of anti depression and neurologic impairment degree.Results before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of depression and neurological function in the two groups(P>0.05)(the degree of depression and neurological impairment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after 1 months and 2 months of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion escitalopram joint security brain pill in the treatment of post-stroke depression has a good therapeutic effect,effectively improve the patients with depression and neurologic impairment degree,improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
