【摘要】 目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤破裂出血介入动脉栓塞治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院31例妇科恶性肿瘤破裂出血患者均采用经皮双侧髂内动脉肿瘤供血动脉和出血动脉的栓塞止血.31例患者均明胶海绵颗粒栓塞,其中11例行双侧髂内动脉肿瘤供血支单纯栓塞(8例加用弹簧钢圈),20例行双侧髂内动脉肿瘤供血支灌注化疗栓塞;(18例加用弹簧钢圈)。结果 31例妇科肿瘤破裂出血患者均止血成功,1例患者治疗后3天死于全身器宫功能衰竭,其余30例治疗后无严重并发症,术后3例2周内复发出血再次栓塞治疗。结论妇科恶性肿瘤破裂出血的患者,采用急诊介入栓塞治疗效果明确,无严重并发症,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter artery embolization for treating acute rupture of gynecologic malignant tumor.Methods in total 31 cases of acute rupture of gynecologic malignant tumor were included in this grop.Percutaneous internal iliac arterial catheterization was performed,followed by super selected catheterization of the feeding artery of the tumor and the bleeding artery.31 cases were treated with gelfoam particles.llcases were performed only artery embolization(8cases used coils).20 cases were performed only artery chemoembolization(18cases used coils).Results hemorrhage stopped effectively in all 31 cases,1 case died of multiple organic function failure after three days.30 cases no seroous complications.2 cases were performed artery embolization again after two weeks.Conclusion transcatheter artery embolization in emergency is a safe and effective treatment for treating acute rupture of gynecologic malignant tumor.更多还原
