补肾逐瘀汤结合护理路径管理在改善血管性痴呆患者认知能力及日常生活能力的效果观察

【摘要】 目的分析和研究补肾逐瘀汤结合护理路径管理在改善血管性痴呆患者认知能力及日常生活能力的效果。方法收集和纳入2014年3月2015年2月血管性痴呆患者73例,将其按就诊编号顺序分为乙组(37例)与甲组(36例)。所有患者给予常规西医药物治疗,与此同时甲组患者补肾逐瘀汤进行治疗;乙组患者予以补肾逐瘀汤+护理路径管理,对比疗效、认知能力及日常生活能力。结果乙组疗效明显较高,跟甲组相比,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。乙组认知能力及日常生活能力有明显优势,改善更为显著,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论补肾逐瘀汤结合护理路径管理对血管性痴呆患者效果确切,可有效促进患者认知能力及日常生活能力的改善,对提升患者生活质量有极大促进作用,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to analyze and study the effect of the combination of nourishing kidney and Blood Stasis Decoction on improving the cognitive ability and daily living ability of patients with vascular dementia.Methods:to collect and into 2014 March — 2015 February in patients with vascular dementia in 73 cases,the according to the order of clinical number divided into B group(37 cases) and group(36 cases).All patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,at the same time division in patients with kidney by stasis soup treatment) group B patients received kidney Zhuyu Decoction + nursing path management,efficacy,cognitive ability and ability of daily living.Results:the curative effect of group B was significantly higher,compared with group A.the data showed significant difference(P < 0.05).The cognitive ability and daily living ability of B group were significantly improved,and the improvement was more significant,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:combined with the nursing path management for the patients with vascular dementia,the effect of the combined nursing pathway management can effectively promote the improvement of the patients’ cognitive ability and the ability of daily life.更多还原
