【摘要】 目的探讨LBL、PBL、LBL结合PBL教学方法在肝胆外科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取我院肝胆外科临床实习学生为研究对象,随机将其分为LBL、PBL、PBL+LBL组,每组各20人。在学习结束时,采用闭卷考试的形式进行成绩考核;同时采用不记名问卷调查进行三种教学效果和教学模式的评价。结果PBL+LBL组学生在理论知识、病例分析、基本技能及总成绩等方面明显高于LBL组和PBL组;PBL+LBL教学组学生的问卷调查结果满意度较LBL和PBL组教学组高。结论 PBL+LBL教学法在肝胆外科教学中较LBL和PBL教学法有着明显的优势,该教学方法值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of the LBL、PBL and LBL combined with PBL teaching methcxl in clinical hepatobiliary surgery teaching..Methods:Medical practicing students were randomly divided into three groups(n=20):LBL、PBL and LBL combined with PBL groups.Examination and anonymous questionnaires were carried at end of practice to evaluate the effectiveness of the three teaching modes.Results;The theoretical test scores,case analysis skills and overall test scores in the final examination in LBL combined with PBL group is higest in three groups(P<0.05).and the satisfaction degree of questionnaire survey in LBL combined with PBL group is highest in three groups.Conclusions:The teaching effectiveness of LBL combined with PBL is better than LBL or PBL in clinical hepatobiliary surgery teaching.The LBL combined with PBL teaching methcxl is worth widely applicated.更多还原
