【摘要】 目的分析冠心病合并上消化道出血临床诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析2010年5月至2013年4月在我院收治的冠心病合并上消化道出血患者65例的临床资料。结果消化性溃疡出血27例,占出血总数41.5%,门静脉高压胃病出血22例,占出血总数33.8%,急性胃黏膜病变出血10例,占出血总数15.4%,原因不明6例,占出血总数9.2%。65例患者治疗后52例止血成功,其余13例,6例转外科手术,5例续发感染,2例死亡。结论冠心病合并上消化道出血治疗中以胃镜检查确定出血原因和部位,密切观察、抢救,针对性措施进行诊治。同时需要做好日常社区冠心病上消化道出血高危人群的防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To analyze clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From May 2010 to Apirl 2013,the treatments of 65 cases of coronary heart disease combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were retrospectively analyzed.Results Gastro scope inspection confirmed that 27 cases of peptic ulcer hemorrhage(41.5%),22 cases of portal hypertension sex stomach bleeding(33.8%),10 cases of acute gastric mucosa(15.4%),and 6 cases of unknown bleeding(9.2%).After treatment,52 patients bleeding success rate 87.5%,rest in 13 cases,6 cases transferred for operation,5 cases renewal infections,2 case deaths.Conclusion Clinical treatment of coronary heart disease combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding should emphasize the search bleeding reasons and locations by the gastro scope inspection.Close observation,rescue should combined with corresponding measures for treatment.The daily prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding jobs should also be done for high risk of coronary heart disease patients.更多还原
