【摘要】 目的探讨康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择医院2013年9月~2014年9月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者108例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各54例,对照组患者采用针灸理疗之后,实验组在针灸理疗治疗的同时给予康复护理,治疗4周后,观察两组患者临床治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后腰痛情况。结果治疗前,两组患者腰痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者腰痛评分低于对照组,且临床治疗效果高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:108 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,54 cases in experimental group and control group,4 cases in control group were treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion,and two weeks after treatment,the clinical effect of two groups were observed.Resultsi:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the patients with low back pain were lower than the control group,and the clinical effect was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has good therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
