【摘要】 目的观察蒙药萨丽嘎日迪丸对糖尿病肾病大鼠尿微量蛋白及尿Ⅳ胶原的影响。方法高脂饮食饲养联合链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制作糖尿病肾病动物模型,随机分为糖尿病肾病模型组(n=10)、小剂量萨丽嘎日迪(0.2g.kg~1.d~1)治疗组(n=12)及大剂量萨丽嘎日迪(0.8g.kg~1d~1)治疗组(n=12),并以正常大鼠(n=10)为对照组。治疗12周后检测四组大鼠24h小时尿蛋白量、尿Ⅳ胶原、肾功能及血糖、血脂水平进行比较。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠尿蛋白24h尿微量白蛋白量、尿Ⅳ胶原及肾功能明显升高(P<0.05);而小剂量及大剂量萨丽嘎日迪治疗后大鼠24h尿微量白蛋白量、尿Ⅳ型胶原及肾功能明显减少(P<0.05);大剂量萨丽嘎日迪治疗组24h尿微量白蛋白量、尿Ⅳ胶原型及肾功能改善优于小剂量萨丽嘎日迪治疗组(P<0.05)。结论蒙药萨丽嘎日迪丸治疗可使早期糖尿病肾病大鼠24h尿微量白蛋白量、尿Ⅳ胶原水平明显降低,对糖尿病肾病具有干预作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectlve To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Saliga de Di Pill on diabetic nephropathy in rat urine protein and urine IV collagen.Methods high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin making animal model of diabetic nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into model group(n= 10),small dose of Saliga de di(0.2g · kg~1 · D ~1) treatment group(n= 12) and large dose of Saliga de di(0.8g · kg ~1· D~1) treatment group(n=12),and normal rats were used as control group(n=10).12 weeks after treatment in four groups were detected in rat 24 h hour urinary protein,urinary IV collagen,renal function and blood glucose,blood lipid levels were compared.Results compared with the control group,the model group rats urine protein 24 h urinary albumin,urine IV collagen and renal function increased significantly(P<0.05);while the rat 24 h urinary albumin,urine amount of type IV collagen and renal function significantly reduce small dose and large dose of the Saligaz Di treatment(P<0.05);high dose of Saligaz Di the treatment group 24 h urinary albumin,urine IV prototype and renal function was better than that of small dose of Saligaz Di in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saligaz Di Mongolian medicine in the treatment of the early diabetic nephropathy rat 24 h urinary albumin,urinary IV level decreased with collagen,intervention effect on diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
