【摘要】 目的①明确重症监护病房急危重症患者心理状况;②寻找治疗重症患者心理疾病的有效治疗方法。方法选取2014年1月~2015年2月在ICU的急危重症患者80例作为研究组对象;选取2013年7~12月入住ICU的重症患者80例作为对照组;观察两组患者心理状况特点,波动变化规律及人文干预治疗后心理状况变化情况。结果人文干预措施治疗效果好,无需特殊设备,实施简单,可行性强,可在国内外ICU病房推广应用。结论 ICU实施人文干预措施可促进医患沟通,提高医务人员服务水平和态度,对于改善医疗纠纷、创建和谐医患关系有积极意义,推动医疗卫生体制改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectlve ① clear ICU patients with acute critical illness psychological condition;@ to find effective treatments for patients with severe mental illness.Methods January 2014- February 2015 in critically ill ICU patients 80 cases as the study group objects) selecting the ICU July to December 2013 80 cases of critically ill patients as a control group;two groups were observed psychological status after the characteristic fluctuation variation and human intervention changes in mental status.Results Humanities intervention treatment effect,without special equipment,the implementation is simple,feasible,and can be applied at home and abroad to promote the ICU ward.Conclusion ICU interventions can promote the implementation of humanistic patient communication,improve service levels and attitudes of medical personnel,to improve medical disputes,to create a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has a positive meaning,promote health system.更多还原
