【摘要】 目的分析与研究联合检测肿瘤组织中ERCC1和生存素蛋白的表达指导NSCLC个体化治疗的价值。方法以我院自2010年5月~2014年6月收治的120例NSCLC患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组根据活检标准组织标准中NSCLC以及生存素蛋白表达情况,制定个体化方案进而采取化疗方式;2种蛋白表达方式均显现出阴性的患者采用含铂-线化疗方式,其他患者根据自身情况采取非铂化疗方式。对照组均采用含铂-线化疗方式。对观察组与对照组患者在化疗有效率以及总生存期进行比较。结果观察组化疗有效率要高于对照组,两组的有效率分别为56.1%、31.2%(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在生存时间的比较上为14.1个月、10.9个月(P<0.05)。结论采用联合检测肿瘤组织障的ERCC1以及生存素蛋白指导NSCLC患者可以采取个体化质量方式,进而提升化疗效果,延长患者的生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to analyze and research the joint detection of ERCC1 and survivin protein expression in tumor tissue guide NSCLC individualized treatment of value.Methods in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2014 treated 120 cases of NSCLC patients as the research object) its were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n = 60).NSCLCl in observation group based on biopsy organization standard and survivin protein expression situation) formulate individualized programs and thus take chemotherapy) Two kinds of protein expression all showed negative ways of a platinum-based first-line chemotherapy in patients with other patients according to oneself circumstance to take the way of cisplatin chemotherapy.The control group adopts platinum-based first-line chemotherapy.The observation group and control group patients effectively in chemotherapy) and overall survival were compared.Chemotherapy efficient Results observation group than in control group,two groups of efficient arc 56.1%and 56.1%respectively(P < 0.05);Observation group and control group in the comparison of survival time was 14.1 months and 10.9 months(P< 0.05).Conclusion the combined detection of tumor tissue barrier ERCC1 and guidance of survivin protein in NSCLC patients can adopt the mode of individual quality,and enhance effect of chemotherapy) prolonging survival time.更多还原
