中国油菜秸秆资源量估算及其资源化利用

【摘要】 我国是油菜种植大国。为了发挥我国油菜秸秆资源丰富优势,利用文献考证法确定了我国油菜草谷比,并对全国及各省(市、自治区)的油菜秸秆资源量进行估算。我国油菜草谷比取值为2.7,2013年全国油菜秸秆总产量为3903.66×104t,91%以上分布长江中下游地区。继而,以油菜秸秆还田、油菜秸秆养畜、油菜秸秆种植食用菌为主要内容,论述了油菜秸秆的综合利用。实践表明,油菜秸秆覆盖快速腐熟还田、翻压还田、田头堆沤还田,油菜秸秆复合青贮、改良氨化、微生物处理等加工处理养畜,以及油菜秸秆种植食用菌等利用方式,都具有良好的资源经济效益。

【Abstract】 China is a major consumer of rape seed in the world. Rape straw is a kind of renewable resource. Firstly in this paper, the method of literature textual research is applied to explore the grain-straw ratio of rape, then the quantity of rape straw in every province is calculated. The grain-straw ratio of rape is 2.7, and the national rape straw production is 39.04 million tons in 2013. More than 91% of the rape straw distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river. Subsequently, the paper introduced the utilization of the rape straw, mainly on the technology of rape straw returning to field, the technology of rape straw feeding animals and the technology of rape straw used as materials for growing edible fungi. The practice indicates that all the technology mentioned above can bring good economic interest and resource benefit.
