江汉平原富硒土壤资源调查及开发利用展望

【摘要】 硒是人体重要的生命微量元素,缺硒不利于生命健康。本研究就汉江平原范围内的钟祥市、洪湖市、夷陵区等地开展土壤采集调查和分析,初步得出结论:所采样品中江汉平原土壤硒含量在0.031~0.97 mg.kg-1之间,平均含量为0.34 mg.kg-1,中等含硒水平以上占91%且无硒过量情况;植物样品中等含硒水平以上占33.3%且无硒过量情况,其中可食部位含硒量平均含量为0.043 mg.kg-1,属中等水平;土壤及植物样品中的平均硒含量均呈钟祥>洪湖>夷陵;总体来看,江汉平原存在部分富硒土壤分布。

【Abstract】 Selenium is an important trace element for life and human body, and the selenium deficiency is health harmful. In order to understand the soil selenium situation in Jianghan Plain, a soil survey was conducted in the area of Zhongxiang,Honghu and Yiling and the content of selenium and organic matter in soil samples derive from this survey were determined. The results showed that the selenium content of these soil samples ranged from 0.031 to 0.97 mg kg-1, with an average of0.34 mg kg-1. The soil and plant samples with at or above the medium level of selenium were made up 91% and 33.3%, respectively, and no selenium surplus soil was found. The plant selenium content in edible parts was averaged 0.043 mg kg-1,which belongs to the medium level. Both soil and plant selenium contents were in the order of Zhongxiang > Honghu > Yiling. In summary, there were some selenium-rich soils in Jianghan Plain.
