高性能偏振膜的研制

【摘要】 薄膜偏振片通常用作激光系统的光开关或隔离元件,应同时具有优异的光谱性能、高的抗激光损伤阈值和良好的波面质量。为了获得高性能的偏振膜,从光谱性能、损伤阈值和面形精度三个方面开展了研究工作。实现了低缺陷膜层沉积技术,研制的偏振膜在全球性激光损伤竞赛中取得最佳结果。突破了应力诱导膜层龟裂的重大技术问题,实现了国内大口径偏振片从无到有的突破。研制的大口径偏振片有力支撑了我国SGⅡ-UP大型激光装置的稳定运行。
【Abstract】 Thin-film polarizer,which is usually used as switching or insulating elements,should possess spectral performance,high laser resistance and excellent wavefront quality.Much work has been done,high performance thin film polarizer with low defect density and low stress has been obtained.The Brewster angle thin film polarizer developed by our team has participated in the International Laser Damage Competition,held on the SPIE 2012 Laser Damage & SPIE 2013 Laser Damage Symposium.The p-polarized LIDT,as well as the average of p-polarized and s-polarized LIDT achieved the best result.The stress-induced crazing of large aperture polarizer coating has also been solved,making a breakthrough in the manufacturing of large aperture polarizer in China.The prepared large aperture polarizer has support the stable operation of SGII-UP laser facility.
