【摘要】 这篇文章介绍了波前探测器的概念和分类,波前探测器按其所处的光学系统位置可以分为光瞳面波前探测器与焦平面波前探测器,光瞳面波前探测器处于光学系统的出瞳位置,焦平面波前探测器处于成像光学系统的像面位置。因此,重点介绍了光瞳面波前探测器与焦平面波前探测器,对常见的几种光瞳面波前探测器和焦平面波前探测器进行介绍,对每种波前探测器的特点进行说明,并对比阐述了它们之间的不同,说明了在不同情况下,使用不同的波前探测器。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concept and classifies of the wavefront sensor, according to the location where wavefront sensor is in the optical system, wavefront senseor can be divided into focal plane wavefront sensor and pupil plane wavefront sensor, pupil plane wavefront sensor is in the location of the outside pupil, and focal plane wavefront sensor is in the imaging location of imaging optical system, so focal plane wavefront sensor and pupil plane wavefront sensor are stressed expatiate, familiarly introduces some kinds of focal plane wavefront sensor and pupil plane wavefront sensor; make an explanation of every wavefront sensor in great detail, and contrastively expatiates these wavefront sensors differences, which explains that using different wavefront sensor in the different situations.更多还原
