【摘要】 目的总结血管内介入治疗后循环动脉瘤的经验体会,探讨其适应证、技术要点及并发症的处理。方法回顾性分析应用血管内介入治疗的36例后循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料及随访结果。结果 36例均成功治疗。术后即刻DSA造影结果按Raymond分级:I级24例,II级8例,III级4例。出院时恢复良好无神经功能障碍31例,轻度神经功能障碍3例,重度障碍2例,死亡0例。全部病例随访3~25月,除1例再出血外,均病情稳定,无新发神经功能障碍病例。结论血管内介入治疗后循环动脉瘤是一种微创、安全且效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of endovascular treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms and discuss the indications of the treatment, thetechnique points and complications. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of posterior circulation aneurysms treated by endovascular treatment was retrospectively reviewed. Results 36 cases were treated successfully. According to Raymond grading for the immediate occlusion of the aneurysm, grade I was obtained in 24, grade II in 8 and grade III in 4 cases. Of 36 patients, 31 were recovered well, 3 mildly disabled, 2 severely disabled and no one died after the treatment. All patients were in stable condition and no newly-developed neurological dysfunction was observed within 3 ~ 40 months except 1 rebleeded. Conclusions Endovascular treatment was a minimally invasive, safe and effective method for posterior circulation aneurysms.更多还原
