移栽对油茶嫁接苗生长的影响

【摘要】 为研究移栽对油茶嫁接苗根系和新梢生长的影响,对长林4号、40号和53号1年生地栽嫁接苗进行移栽试验;通过对移栽后根梢生长测量和统计分析,研究结果发现:移栽后长林4号和40号苗高低于未移栽,而长林53号高于未移栽;所试验品种的地径为移栽高于未移栽;移栽后的新生根系多集中在0<d≤0.5mm的范围内,长林4号和53号根系长度和数量移栽高于未移栽,长林40号则低于未移栽;长林4号和40号的根冠比在移栽后高于未移栽,长林53号未移栽高于移栽。综上分析,一移栽促进了侧根的生长,相比于未移栽嫁接苗,移栽后苗高生长量降低,根系得到较快生长;生长旺盛的品种(长林4号和40号)根系损伤后,恢复较慢,而生长较为缓慢的品种(长林53号),根系恢复较快。因此,对不同品种应采取适宜的移栽方式,有助于降低成本,提高生产效率。

【Abstract】 By annual grafted seedlings for transplanting test in Changling No.4,No.40 and No.53,it found that transplanting promoted root growth,reduced the growth of seedling height;But it was affected by genetic factors,there are differences between the varieties;After the root system of vigorous annual seedling was damaged,the growth of root was the slower recovery than no-transplanting;it was took advantage of slow growth which they were transplanted to annual seedling.The survey indicated that the height of transplanting seedling was more higher than no-transplanting in Changling 4# and 40#,but it was more lower in Changling 53#.The average ground diameter of transplanting was higher than no-transplanting;The regeneration of roots were concentrated in the range of 0<d≤0.5mm after transplanting.The number of root and length after transplanting was higher than no-transplanting in Changling 4# and 53#,but it was lower than in Changling 40#;The ratio of root/shoot after transplanting was higher than that in no-transplant in Changling 4# and 40#,and it was lower than in Changling53#.Conclusion as a result,transplanting impoved the growth of lateral root because the root began to quickly growth after transplanting.When the root were damaged in transplanting if the varieties could be quickly growth,it would slow speed of recovery,for example Changling 4# and Changling 40#.But it would quickly recovery if the seedling were slowly grew before transplanting,for example Changling 53#.So it was necessarily selected appropriate method of transplanting to different varieties which it would favored of reducing cost and improving efficiency of production.
