【摘要】 目的:探讨多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析50例经临床证实为泌尿系结石患者的临床、影像资料,根据不同的CT扫描条件分为2组:标准剂量组和低剂量组;统计各次扫描的放射容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)及剂量长度乘积(DLP);随机由两位具有10年以上CT诊断经验的医师进行影像诊断和图像质量评估。结果:标准剂量组,低剂量组对泌尿系结石诊断的敏感性分别为100%和92%。图像质量方面,尽管剂量降低后图像噪声有所增加,但所有图像质量仍符合诊断要求。结论:多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描能够在满足诊断要求的条件下,最大量地降低辐射剂量,可做为泌尿系结石的首选影像检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the possibility of MDCT low-dose scanning in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 50 cases of clinically confirmed for urinary calculi in patients with clinical and imaging data.According to the different CT scan conditions can be divided into two groups:routine-dose group and low-dose group;Statistics of every scan volume CT dose index(CTDIvol) and doseage-length product(DLP);Random by two physicians with more than 10 years experience of CT diagnosis for image diagnosis and image quality assessment.Result:Routine dose group,low dose group of urinary calculi diagnosed sensitivity of 100%and 92%respectively;as to the image quality,although the low-dose scan had increased the noise,but all the image quality is still conform to the diagnostic requirements.Conclusion:MDCT low-dose scan are able to satisfy the requirement of diagnosis in conditions,the maximum to reduce the radiation dose,and it is a preferred imaging of urinary calculi.更多还原
