Diagnostic Accuracy of Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification in Detection of Clostridium Difficile in the Stool Samples:A Meta-analysis

【摘要】 <正>Purpose The present meta-analysis aimed to establish the overall diagnostic accuracy of LAMP in detection of CD in the stool samples.Materials and Methods EN,SPE,PLR,NLR,DOR and ROC were pooled statistically using random effects models.Potential threshold effect,heterogeneity and publication bias was evaluated.
