SIRT1-Mediated Inhibition of p66shc Expression Alleviates Liver Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury

【摘要】 <正>This study aimed to investigate the involvement of sirtuin 1(SIRT1)-mediated p66shc inhibition in liver ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)and explore the effect of carnosic acid(CA)and ischemic preconditioning(IPC)on liver I/R damage.The rats were subjected to I/R treatment,while HepG2 cells were subjected to hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)injury.
