Preliminary Studies on Antitumor activity and Mechanism of DN3,a Novel Diterpenoid Derivative

【摘要】 <正>AIMS DN3 is a novel diterpenoid derivative and was synthesised from Jaridonin,which is a ent-kaurane diterpenoid isolated and characterized from Isodon rubescens.In this study,inhibitory effects of DN3 will be investigated on human esophageal cancer cells growth in vitro and to understand the possible mechanisms.
