滚珠丝杠副加速性能退化试验可行性研究

【摘要】 针对加速寿命试验会损失失效过程数据这一问题,研究了滚珠丝杠副进行加速性能退化试验的可行性。分析了不同轴向载荷及转速下的性能退化数据,并结合滚珠丝杠副的磨损机理,研究了其性能退化特性。研究结果表明,滚珠丝杠副的性能退化具有不可逆性与加速性,滚珠丝杠副加速性能退化试验是可行的,为滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验的相关研究提供了重要依据。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of failure process data loss in accelerated life test,the feasibility of accelerated degradation test for ball screw was researched.The performance degradation data under different axial loads and rotating speeds were analyzed.Combined with the wear mechanism of ball screw,the performance degradation characteristics were also studied.The research results show that the performance degradation of ball screw is irreversibility and acceleration.Accelerated performance degradation test of ball screw is feasible,which provides an important basis for the reliability test of ball screw.
