非线性累积损伤理论在焊接管节点上的应用

【摘要】 焊接是工程机械最普遍的结构连接形式,也是工程机械结构产生疲劳损伤概率最高的形式之一。由于目前针对焊接构件的疲劳寿命评估,普遍采用线性Palmgren-Miner(PM)法则对累积损伤进行计算。试验表明,其累积损伤当量值的分散性较高,因此疲劳寿命的计算精度不高。本文提出了基于应变参数分析方法的非线性累积损伤计算流程,能够通过设定焊接构件不同的初始损伤,对焊接构件的疲劳累积损伤进行计算,并得到了使计算疲劳寿命趋于适度保守的初始损伤建议值。通过起重机某臂架节点的疲劳试验结果表明:此方法比PM法则计算精度更高,由于只需要循环应力-应变曲线和常幅应变寿命曲线等少量的材料性能数据,计算简单,工程应用价值较大。

【Abstract】 Welding is the most common connection type of construction machinery,and also is one of the highest forms of structural fatigue damage probabilities of machinery.Due to the current assessment of the fatigue life of welded components,the linear Palmgren-Miner(PM) rule is used for fatigue life calculation.Tests showed that when the value of the cumulative dispersion of damage is high,and therefore the precision is not high for fatigue life.This paper describe a non-linear cumulative damage calculation process analysis method based on the strain parameter,it is possible by setting different initial damage for welded components,fatigue damage accumulation of welded components are calculated.The initial damage suggestion value is proposed that the calculation result of the fatigue life can be moderately conservative.The fatigue test indicates that the calculation accuracy of the non-linear method is higher than the PM rule.As the new non-linear cumulative damage theory requires the cyclic stress-strain curve and the constant amplitude strain-life curve,it could therefore be more suitable for engineering applications.
