基于多刚体离散元模型的转子裂纹精确诊断研究

【摘要】 当转子出现裂纹时,转子由连续介质转变为非连续介质,转子运动呈现非线性现象。首先采用多刚体离散元方法建立转子的离散元模型,并且通过计算模型的固有频率验证模型的正确性。然后根据离散元模型计算第一阶和第三阶相邻单元的非线性频响函数比值,判断裂纹单元的位置。数值仿真结果表明,该方法能方便的诊断转子的裂纹位置。
【Abstract】 It is widely known that a cracked rotor manifests itself in the appearance of nonlinear effects resulting from continuous to discontinuous system.A new model for the cracked rotor is introduced.The model is based on the rigid element method.The natural frequency of model and theoretical value are given to show the effectiveness of rigid finite element model.The relationships between the NOFRFs of two consecutive rigid elements are calculated.By comparing the ratios of the NOFRFs associated with two consecutive elements,the cracked element is located.This method is illustrated with numerical simulation results.The proposed approach may be useful and convenient for crack position identification.
