【摘要】 目的:观察中药分期论治方案治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:80例哮喘患儿随机分为中药组32例和西药组48例。中药组以中药分期论治方案治疗,西药组以常规的西药(爱纳灵、顺尔宁)治疗,疗程为3个月。观察治疗前后两组患儿的C-ACT、中医证候评分、西医症状评分的变化。结果:两组患儿治疗后的中医证候评分、C-ACT、西医症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后中药组中医证候总积分低于西药组(P<0.05);中药组哮喘完全控制率(78.13%),高于西药组(66.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:中药分期论治方案能有效控制儿童哮喘,有整体调整作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal formulas based on different stages and different symptoms for Pediatric Asthma.Methods Eighty children with asthma were randomized into the Chinese medicine group(32 cases) and western medicine group(48 cases).Patients in Chinese medication group were treated with Chinese herbal formulas based on different stages and different symptoms,whereas the control group with the leukotriene receptor antagonist and bronchial relaxants.The Chinese medicine syndromes,C-ACT,and western medicine symptoms were scored.Results The scores of Chinese medicine syndromes and western medicine symptoms were more significantly decreased in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).was more significantly different than before treatment(P<0.05);The total syndromes and symptoms scores of the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of western medicine group after treatment(P<0.05).The rate of asthma control of the Chinese medicine group was 78.13%,significantly higher than western medicine group.Conclusion The Chinese herbal formulas based on different stages and different symptoms could effectively control the symptoms of the children with asthma.更多还原
