【摘要】 目的系统评价中医药综合治疗葡萄膜炎的疗效及安全性。方法:检索中医药综合治疗葡萄膜炎随机对照试验文献,筛选合格研究,应用Jadad评分法进行质量评价,运用异质性检验、Meta-分析、漏斗图分析、敏感性分析等方法统计相关数据。结果:9项研究符合纳入标准。Meta-分析结果显示,总有效率比较的相对危险度(RR值)=1.13,95%的可信区间(CI值)为(1.08,1.19);随访一年及以上复发率比较的相对危险度(RR值)=0.33,95%CI为(0.24,0.45)。结论:本次系统评价结果显示中医药综合疗法对于葡萄膜炎具有治疗作用,且安全性较高。由于纳入研究质量普遍较低等因素影响,降低了该系统评价结论的可靠性。要进一步验证中医药综合治疗葡萄膜炎的疗效及安全性,尚需进行设计合理、执行严格、多中心大样本且随访时间足够的随机对照试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for uveitis.Method:Literatures regarding randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment for uveitis were reviewed,chose the qualified researches,evaluate the quality with the Jadad standard,conducted tests for heterogeneity,Meta-analysis,sensitivity analysis,funnel plots analysis by Review Manager 5.2.6 software.Result:Nine randomized trials met the inclusion criteria.Jadad scores of all the articles were less than 3 points.The result of Meta-analysis showed that:total effective rate RR=1.13,95%CI(1.08,1.19);recurrence rate followed for over one year RR=0.33,95%CI(0.24,0.45).Conclusion:The present evidences show that:comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a better efficacy and safety.As is generally low quality of included studies factors,reduced the reliability of the systematic review conclusion.In order to verify the effect and safety of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for uveitis,more rationally designed and strictly executed randomized trials with large samples are necessary.更多还原
