【摘要】 文章探讨了重型颅脑损伤瘀血内阻的病机,及其中医药治疗要点。指出活血化瘀治疗颅脑损伤时,应根据病情,配合应用行气、凉血、通腑、扶正固脱、化痰开窍、祛风、利水、补益脾肾,才能取得最佳疗效。并简要阐述了各治疗方法的现代研究进展,表明了各治疗方法在颅脑损伤治疗过程中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discussesed the pathogenesis of blood stasis in severe traumatic brain mjury(sTBI),and the keys of TCM treatment.The paper pointed out that only with the comprehensive application of moving Qi,cooling blood,removing stagnation and dredging fu-organs,reinforcing healthy Qi prevent collapse,resolving phlegm for resuscitation,dispelling wind,excreting water,tonifying spleen and kidney,can the treatment achieve the best curative effects.And the paper briefly introduced the modern research progresses about the treatment methods involving in the paper.更多还原
