船用复合材料螺旋桨优化设计方法研究

【摘要】 为充分挖掘船用复合材料螺旋桨在水动力效率方面的优势,基于螺旋桨环流理论设计方法、螺旋桨流固耦合算法、近似模型技术、遗传算法以及预变形技术,提出了一套船用复材桨优化设计方法。首先根据船机桨匹配需求,基于环流理论进行刚性桨几何设计。随后采用试验设计方法生成多种铺层方案,通过迭代调用面元法与有限元方法,计算刚性桨几何形状下各铺层方案对应复材桨水弹性性能,并构建复材桨水弹性性能与铺层方案的近似模型,配合遗传算法,以变形后水动力效率最高为优化目标,进行铺层纤维角度优化。最后采用逐步逼近法进行复材桨几何预变形设计。以某多工况渔船用复材桨为算例的设计结果表明:复材桨在设计工况下与刚性桨性能相同,在非设计工况下效率提升可达1.1%。

【Abstract】 To fully explore the advantages of composite marine propeller over hydrodynamic efficiency,an optimization method for design of composite marine propeller was proposed based on propeller vortex theory,fluid-structure interaction algorithm,approximation model techniques,genetic algorithm,and pre-deformation techniques.The propeller vortex theory is applied to decide the geometry of rigid propeller according to requirements of vessel-engine-propeller matching.The approximation model between the hydroelastic performance of composite propeller and its laminate sequences was established via design of experiments and fluid-structure interaction calculations,which was then combined the genetic algorithm to decide the optimum laminate sequences.The successive approximation approach was adopted to decide the geometry of composite propeller before deformed.By taking a composite marine propeller on a multi-conditions fishing boat as example,the design process and design results was presented,which show that the hydrodynamic performance of the optimized composite propeller is consistent with rigid propeller under design condition,and its efficiency can be improved up to 1.1%under off-design condition.
